I offer to meet you in your own home or another location at your convenience, to explain the Probate process, to answer your questions, and to provide you with a written Fixed Fee Probate Quotation.

Accountancy Services

• Accountancy services includes book-keeping and Accounts preparation including Charities and Not for Profit Organisations
• OffShore and Onshore Trusts Administration including Protector appointments

Probate Services

• I take full responsibility for getting the Grant of Probate and dealing with the Legal, Tax (excluding VAT), Property and Estate administration affairs on your behalf
• I negotiate with HMRC on your behalf in respect of Gifts to The Nation ‘in lieu’ of Inheritance Tax

Tax Services

• Personal Tax, Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts, Accountancy and Inheritance Tax
• Personal Tax and Corporation Tax includes filing Tax Returns dealing with HMRC investigations and Tax mitigation
• Capital Gains Tax valuations and submissions
